Huron Tiger Volleyball players raises $1,154.25.

Huron Tiger Volleyball players raised $1,154.25 by selling Pink Pirate Attack t-shirts for their annual Breast Cancer Awareness match against Brandon Valley on October 14. The Tigers partnered with Huron Regional Medical Center this year in planning the event and designing the shirts which promoted HRMC’s presentation of “The Pirates of the Chemotherapy” play in October.

Funds raised were placed in a special fund in the HRMC Foundation to help educate area women and promote the importance of early detection activities to reduce the risk of advanced breast cancer.
