Prostrollo One-Mile Walk Raises $2,306 for Breast Cancer Prevention

Walkers enjoyed a beautiful fall day while raising money to provide free mammograms at the 3rd Annual Prostrollo One-Mile Walk for Breast Cancer on October 18, 2019 at Ravine Lake.

The third annual Prostrollo One-Mile walk raised $2,306 to help fight breast cancer in the community by providing free mammograms to women in need. From left: Prostrollo Motor Sales employees Shantel Tschetter and Sara Smith, organizers of the event, present a check to the HRMC Foundation We’ve Got You Covered fund. Accepting the donation is Ann Van Winkle, lead mammography technologist for Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC). Funds were raised through walk entry fees, raffle ticket sales and free-will donations. More information about free mammograms provided through the We’ve Got You Covered fund is available by calling 605-353-6246 or online at www.huronregional.org/mammo.
